The 51st Edition of India’s biggest
festival, The International Film Festival of India (IFFI) is set to be held
in Goa from 16th January to 24th January 2021.
IFFI has announced the list of films under its World Panorama section.
The line-up consists of 50 Outstanding
films from across the globe.
The Ministry of Information and Broadcasting shared the details of the event, which kick started this
month from January 16 to 24, 2021, in Goa.
The festival will witness the World Premiere of
‘Mehrunisa’ along with Sandeep Kumar’s
movie, which stars Farrukh Jakkar. The
festival will close on January 24, 2021, with the India Premiere of the historical drama ‘Wife of a Spy’ by Kiyoshi Kurosawa.
With a total of 8 films, majority of the films in the list are from Germany, followed
by France with 6 movies. The line-up also includes films from America,
Italy, Greece and Netherlands amongst other countries.
The World Panorama
section of IFFI brings some of the best shots, to dialogues and direction, to the audience. During the 9-day
festival, extraordinary films by renowned filmmakers from around the globe will be screened for movies
aficionados.
IFFI excitingly showcases contemporary
international cinema to the audience, for discovering films that thrill, engage and provokes curiosity.

The International Film Festival of India (IFFI), founded in 1952, is one of the most significant film
festivals in Asia. Held annually, currently in the state of Goa, the festival aims at providing a common
platform for the cinemas of the world to project the excellence of the film art; contributing to the
